Tower of the Winds: A Walk Through Central Park is a site-specific proposal to build a multistory tower-as-painting through a hatch in the first floor of Castelli Greene Street. Painted with both bucolic and urban imagery, Tower includes a slide to the ground floor and a working hotdog cart at the top — a vertical Central Park complete with hotdogs, smoke, and smell.
